InviteFlare started from a simple observation: sending invitations on WhatsApp is easy, but collecting and tracking replies is a mess. Responses come in across multiple chats and groups, plus-ones get lost, and hosts end up manually counting messages the night before the event.
We built InviteFlare to close that gap. The idea was straightforward — give hosts a way to send a rich WhatsApp link with the invitation built in, collect RSVPs without asking guests to download anything, and see all responses in one dashboard. Fast to start, and no design background required.
What started as a WhatsApp sharing tool has grown into a complete invitation workflow: create from editable designs or upload your own artwork, share via WhatsApp, email, or link, collect RSVPs, follow up with guests, and check people in at the door with a QR code.
